Gradsey
Stop losing money on Stripe across your services.
Gradsey reads your Stripe accounts and names the customers slipping away — who cancelled but still has paid days left, whose card keeps failing and why, whose annual renewal lands next month. Named people, what each one is worth, and what to do next.
- Free during beta
- Read-only key — Gradsey can’t move money or change anything
- Stored encrypted, never shown back in full
- Never emails your customers
Setup
The setup takes 60 seconds
- 01
Sign in with Google
One click. No password to make up, no form to fill.
- 02
Paste a read-only key
Make a restricted rk_ key in Stripe with seven read permissions — the steps sit right beside the field. Gradsey checks it reads before storing it, encrypted.
- 03
See what can be saved, and how
One scan finds the money still in reach — who is slipping away, what each one is worth, and the next step for each. After that, Gradsey keeps watch every morning.
What it finds
Have a look inside
Nothing here is a chart. Every row is someone you can still reach, and what to do about them.
Every failure, by its reason
A declined card is three different problems. Each row says which one, and the email that fixes it.
Stripe and Gmail, all in one place
Every person opens straight to their subscription in Stripe, and to an email in your Gmail already written from their Stripe record. No copying ids, no hunting between tabs.
A short email every morning
At 7:00 your time, or the hour you pick: who cancelled since yesterday, and how long each one has left. Add failed payments, renewals or win-backs to it if you want them too. The only email Gradsey sends is this one, to you.

Questions
Before you paste a key
Can Gradsey change anything in my Stripe account?
No. It asks for a restricted key with read permissions only, and turns a secret key (sk_) away before making a single request with it. Nothing in Gradsey writes to Stripe.
Which permissions does the key need?
Read on seven: Subscriptions, Customers, Invoices, Products, Events, PaymentIntents and Charges — plus Test clocks on a sandbox key. Gradsey tries each one before saving the key and names any that are missing. The steps to make it sit beside the field where you paste it.
What does it cost?
Nothing during the beta, and there’s no card to enter. If that ever changes, you’ll hear about it first.
Does Gradsey email my customers?
Never. Each draft opens in your own Gmail for you to read, change and send. The only email Gradsey sends is the morning summary, and it goes to you.
Can I use it for more than one product?
Yes. Add one key per Stripe account — up to 12 — and switch between them from the top bar. Each gets its own dashboard and its own morning email.
Can I change or stop the morning email?
Yes. Under Daily email on your dashboard, pick the hour it arrives in your time and which reports it covers, or stop it. Each Stripe key has its own.
How do I delete my data?
Remove a key under Profiles, and the key, its stored scan and your contacted marks for it are deleted at once. To close your account entirely, write to [email protected]. What Gradsey keeps, and why, is on the privacy page.
